We are seeking a dependable and organized Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team at the Village at Unity ! The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors and coordinating with state and local agencies during inspections is preferred. This position is Tuesday - Saturday and include on call rotation. Will include snow removal. Key Responsibilities Perform interior maintenance of the community in accordance with company standards. Perform exterior maintenance of the community, including groundskeeping duties. Assist with the coordination and setup of community events. Support all phases of maintenance for resident apartments and common areas. Assist the Plant Supervisor with facility operations and maintenance projects. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and team members. Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, building operations, or plant operations experience. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with seniors is a plus.
