On-Call Pay:
$17.00/hour 777 Holdings Group LLC is looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Maintenance Helper to assist with maintenance and apartment turnover work at residential rental properties in Rochester.
Work may include:
Basic plumbing Changing faucets and locks Basic carpentry Door repairs/installations Drywall patching Painting and touch-ups Yard/property cleanup Moving appliances, furniture, and materials Apartment cleanouts General property maintenance Applicants should be comfortable using basic hand and power tools and performing physical work, including lifting approximately 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred. Schedule is primarily Saturdays, with occasional Sunday or on-call work available.
