Full Job Description We are seeking a full-time maintenance worker to handle maintenance responsibilities at the Harbor Heights housing complex in Sackets Harbor. Responsibilities will include assisting with the maintenance of facility grounds, vehicles, equipment and the facilities themselves. The ability to assist with general repairs utilizing skills like engine repair, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and electrical work is beneficial. Applicants do not need to be skilled in all of these areas, but general knowledge in multiple areas is required. Qualified candidates must have a valid NYS driver's license. Salary for this position begins at $18.35 to $20.19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Mileage reimbursement is also available, when applicable.
