Candy Cars is searching for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Syracuse, NY! This role involves overseeing maintenance tasks across multiple properties, working alongside a dedicated team, and ensuring our facilities always look and operate at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Winter Maintenance:

Keep sidewalks safe and clear during the winter.

Painting & Aesthetics:

Spruce up facilities with painting projects and other enhancements.

Cleaning & Repairs:

Perform routine cleaning of equipment and help maintain interior cleanliness; coordinate and assist with outsourced cleaning services as needed.

Trash Removal:

Ensure a clean and organized environment by managing regular trash disposal.

Light Construction:

Handle minor building projects, carpentry, and routine facility repairs.

Light Electrical:

Perform basic electrical tasks to keep our facilities running smoothly.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance:

Operate and maintain various equipment according to recommended schedules.

Property Oversight:

Oversee multiple properties, identifying and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
