Building Maintenance Technician Description:

Facilities Services Worker II - Maintenance Utica, NY Full-time, temp-to-hire. 2nd shift, 1:00pm-9:00pm, Monday through Friday; 37.5 hours per week. $17.00 per hour. The person would be working at our work sites in Utica. We are looking for a team oriented person who takes pride in their work. Must have transportation & valid drivers license to get to various sites. The duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning Mopping Vacuuming Sweeping Dusting Emptying trash Related tasks as assigned which includes building and grounds maintenance and upkeep. Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs. Cleaning/Maintenance experience
