Individual responsible for apartment turnovers including but not limited to: painting, cleaning, minor renovations. General maintenance including but not limited to : electrical, plumbing and drywall repair. Assisting with landscaping and snow removal when necessary. Experience helpful but not required. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required. Use of personal vehicle NOT required.
