Community Mainstreaming Associates - 3.6 Westbury, NY Job Details Full-time $21 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Carpentry Residential painting High school diploma or GED Renovation painting Driver's License Plumbing Routine maintenance projects Full Job Description Community Mainstreaming is a non-profit human service agency committed to providing services to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead meaningful productive lives within their community. We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team!

Locations:

Nassau and Suffolk County Hours:

Full Time (Daytime Hours) Monday - Friday, some weekends 10am-6pm We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to assist in maintaining multiple residential group homes. Essential duties include, but not limited to: Interior and exterior painting Sheetrock and spackle Maintaining facility grounds Moving and assembling furniture Conducting safety checks

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED Valid NYS Driver's License Vehicle for reliable transportation Must own basic tools General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical At least one year in the maintenance field Ability to lift 50 lbs.
