Job Description
Eastwind Hotels is looking for an experienced Maintenance person to join our team at our Windham, NY property. We're a small boutique hotel, so this is a hands-on role where a variety of skills and responsibilities are needed. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with our Head of Maintenance to help keep the property, guest rooms, and grounds in excellent condition. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General maintenance and repairs Preventative maintenance and routine property upkeep Snow shoveling and winter weather maintenance Lawn mowing, landscaping, and outdoor upkeep Routine cleaning and property maintenance Troubleshooting and addressing guest room and common-area maintenance issues Assisting with maintenance needs at our Eastwind Oliverea Valley property in Big Indian as needed The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working independently. A willingness to travel between our Windham and Oliverea Valley properties when needed is required.
