NOTE :
This position may also have additional day shift work hours available during the week, if interested.
Pay:
Starting from $20.00, increases with experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Making rounds to ensure the Community is secure Cleaning stairwells and other areas Emptying apartment trash and recycling Vacuuming and cleaning carpets Setting up meeting rooms for events Delivering newspapers Unlocking doors Follow up as required for independent living pull cord notifications and smoke detectors General maintenance to ensure a safe and operationally sound community
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with an attitude of excellent customer service skills Self-motivated Dependable and self-motivated Ability to climb stairs and ladders, walk long distances and be able to lift at least 50 pounds Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults
