Job Description

Summary AMG Vanadium (AMG V) is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at our Cambridge, Ohio facility. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the goals and objectives of the Maintenance team by utilizing Maintenance Connection and performing a wide variety of administrative support tasks for the department. Responsibilities and Duties Lead by example and comply with all AMG V safety and environmental requirements and Company policies, and procedures, including AMG's Code of Business Conduct Embrace and promote the AMG V culture in all day-to-day activities; foster and promote a positive, respectful work environment that is aligned with AMG's values Assist with monitoring and updating effective preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance procedures Serve as a liaison with other personnel within the Production and Maintenance Team, other supporting departments, and the contracted suppliers providing direct maintenance parts and support Advise and support team leaders with accurate data entry, backlog work orders, and work order management; develop and complete reports as required Track downtime issues with maintenance related items Pick-up parts from local suppliers when needed Create preventative maintenance lists with new assets/equipment Assist with the processing and issuing of work orders Participate in the preparation of the Plant's Maintenance budgets and other asset purchases as needed Create and manage all documentation regarding Preventative Maintenance and continual upgrades to the system Monitor Maintenance costs, while understanding cost drivers within the department; identify variance to budget items and work with leadership, Purchasing, and Accounting to reconcile Perform all administrative duties for Maintenance and assist with all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent and/or Supervisor Qualifications/Skills/Requirements Minimum two years of experience with fixed maintenance operations; heavy industry experience preferred Previous administrative support experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Customer service focus and mindset required Experience in relevant CMMS packages (Maintenance Connections, SAP, JDE) preferred Strong data entry experience required Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) Team player; ability to work effectively across functional lines including internal and external customers Excellent attention to detail, time management, organizational, operational, and follow through skills AMG Vanadium LLC offers a competitive wage and benefit package and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
