Compensation includes competitive pay, benefits package, and bonuses are available.

Experience/Requirements:

Five (5) plus years of experience in Commercial/Industrial and Residential maintenance (not including janitorial experience). Experience with commercial mechanical systems (boilers and Roof top HVAC) preferred. Proficiency in Apartment Turns & Make-Readies, Work Order Completion Process, Standard/General Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, light carpentry, painting/drywall.) Ability to Commute (Cleveland, OH & surrounding suburbs)- Maintaining a valid OH driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable appropriate transportation is required Industry certifications/credentials are desirable and preferred but are not required. Technician must have their own tools (specialty tools & materials will be provided) Attention to detail is necessary and required. Ability to work well both independently and in a group/team setting. Ability to interact professionally with all residents, tenants, and vendors. You will interact with all levels at commercial properties. Communication- Excellent oral and written communication skills. A Positive Attitude! Job Responsibilities Will Include (not limited to): Timely and accurate completion of Work Orders/Maintenance Requests. Timely and accurate completion of Vacant Suite Turns (residential and/or commercial units.) General Property & Grounds Maintenance- Maintaining the overall property appearance at all times (We use landscapers and snowplow vendors and you will need to keep an eye on their level of service and report any issues.) Maintaining a Preventative Maintenance schedule. Maintaining accurate property equipment logs & supplies inventory logs. Overseeing all day-to-day property maintenance operations. Overseeing all third-party Vendor/Contract work- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting to the Property Manager on status of Vendor/Contract work. Enforcing all company policies and procedures. Complying with all company reporting requirements. Adhering to all local/city/state ordinances.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
