This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and tackling a variety of repair and maintenance projects. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, completing repairs, installing equipment and fixtures, and keeping properties, appliances, and mechanical systems operating safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, practical repair experience, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to customers and team members. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of repair, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting tasks. Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems. Complete general property repairs and maintenance using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Install, replace, adjust, and maintain appliances, equipment, fixtures, and mechanical components. Perform preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and reduce equipment downtime. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance-related issues. Safely operate company vehicles and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites. Maintain accurate records of completed work, repairs, materials, and parts used. Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and leadership regarding repair needs and project status. Prioritize multiple service requests and complete work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Assist with larger maintenance and repair projects as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in property maintenance, repair, service work, appliance repair, HVAC, or a related skilled trade. Strong hands-on mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and common construction equipment. Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, HVAC, and general repair tasks. Ability to read and understand schematics, technical manuals, and equipment instructions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
