Summary You will supervise all building and grounds maintenance, performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and cleaning activities (both internal and external) to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for residents, employees, and visitors. Reports To Maintenance Director Essential Responsibilities Oversee general maintenance grounds Perform duties in accordance with community requirements and local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure the effective operation of the department by demonstrating reliability and competence. Uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of Inspirit Senior Living. Collaborate with all staff to maintain the safety and security of everyone in the community.

Qualifications Education :

Trade school or high school graduate, or GED.

Experience :

3-5 years of work experience in construction or plant maintenance.

Licensure :

HVAC and EPA certification preferred.

Testing :

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
