QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma Post-secondary training, completion of an approved apprenticeship program and relevant work experience Meets all mandated health screening requirements Embodies high ethical standards and integrity A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment Complies with drug-free workplace rules, board policies and administrative guidelines / procedures Ability to establish working relationships with co-workers and function as part of a cohesive team Commitment to keep current with skills essential to the objectives of the position Ability to comply with environmental, health and safety laws/regulations, building codes and ADA accessibility guidelines Ability to use blueprints / schematic diagrams Skill / experience in maintenance / repair procedures (e.g. mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, etc) Skill / experience in building systems (e.g. HVAC, fire suppression, security, communications, etc) Multi-school or closely related building maintenance experience Holds or is qualified to obtain a pesticide application license and / or asbestos hazard certificate Have a valid Ohio Driver License/CDL preferred

SALARY:

Starting at $21.19 per hour.

CONTRACT LENGTH

12 month, 260 days, 40 hours/week

HOURS:

Tuesday thru Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Hours may vary by season.
