Maintenance Assistant Full-Time Opportunity at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio The Village at Marymount is seeking a reliable, hands-on Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to help keep our assisted living community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make a real impact for residents and staff, this is the perfect role.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily maintenance tasks throughout the building and grounds Perform minor repairs, painting, basic plumbing, and general upkeep Support preventative maintenance routines and safety checks Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents Respond to work orders and facility needs in a timely, professional manner

What We're Looking For:

Maintenance or groundskeeping experience required Healthcare or assisted living experience a plus (not required) Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and commitment to resident safety and comfort
