$17.94-$29.53 hourly
Job Description:
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for completing all building repairs, executes work orders, performs preventive maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance. Completes repairs and projects as assigned. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), and general building issues. Utilizes blueprints and manuals in the performance of maintenance work. Interprets written instruction, sketches and plans. Maintains assigned mechanical rooms and work areas. Evaluates and orders parts or materials as approved. Accurately and timely fills out work summary sheet, required documentation, logbook, and equipment log sheets.
QualificationsJob Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Previous maintenance experience required. Trade school or vocational education preferred. Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude. Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
