Job Description

Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable UTV Tour Guide to join the Adventure Pro Outdoors team. Individuals should have experience driving/riding UTVs, ATVs, or dirt bikes. Knowledge on Wayne National Forest trail systems is preferred, but not required. As a Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in providing engaging and informative experiences for our guests . You will lead groups (varying in size) through Wayne National Forest on UTVs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the outdoors, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Duties Conduct guided tours for groups, ensuring an enjoyable and informative experience. Answer questions from participants and provide additional information as needed. Maintain group safety and manage time effectively to ensure the tour runs smoothly. Collaborate with team members to enhance tour offerings and improve guest satisfaction. Cleaning vehicles (UTVs) after trips and office/shop Tour Guides work with maintenance workers and/or canoe livery staff when needed / no tours running. Tasks could included general maintenance, landscaping, etc. Skills Knowledge on Wayne National Forest ORV trails Strong public speaking skills to engage audiences effectively. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Time management skills to adhere to scheduled tour times while providing thorough information. Leadership qualities to guide groups confidently and maintain order during tours.
