Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance Respond to tenant work orders Conduct repairs when able and necessary Lead facilities maintenance projects including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and structural repairs when able and contact outside vendors when necessary Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings. Skilled in general handyman tasks.
