We are searching for a new Maintenance Worker at the Crocs' Ohio Distribution Center in Vandalia, Ohio. This role will be supporting our 2nd Shift Operations; Monday - Thursday; 5:00pm - 3:30am This role supports basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout a 1.3M square foot Footwear & Accessories Distribution Center. This entry-level role works under close supervision to perform routine maintenance duties, assist experienced technicians, and ensure facility operations run smoothly in a highly automated environment.
What You'll Do Perform general facility upkeep including cleaning, replacing light bulbs, basic plumbing tasks, and minor repairs. PM Maintenance and repairs on dock doors, dock plates and trailer restraints PM Maintenance on Return Air Units, filters and belts, clean coils Racking PM's maintenance and repairs or replacement Electrical service and repair, qualified technicians only Assist senior technicians during troubleshooting and repairs Conduct safety checks and inspections as directed Complete daily documentation and communicate issues to supervisor Respond to radio calls and work order requests in a timely manner What You'll Bring to the Table High school diploma or GED required Up to 1 year of relevant experience Basic awareness of downtime protocols Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools Learning mindset: willingness to learn and grow in technical skills Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends or holidays as needed Comply with all Distribution Center physical and environmental requirements Ability to lift to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to stand and/or walk for most of a 10- or 12-hour shift The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
