Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, independent handyman to handle properties repair Required Experience & Skills in one or more of the fllowing:
Drywall & Paint:
Patching holes, minor texturing, and touch-up painting.
Basic Plumbing:
Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
Basic Electrical:
Swapping out light fixtures, switches, outlets, and ceiling fans.
Carpentry:
Repairing doors, adjusting locks, installing trim, and assembling furniture.
Hardwood Flooring:
Experience installing, repairing, or replacing hardwood floor planks.
Roofing Repair:
Patching minor roof leaks, replacing shingles, and sealing flashing.
Foundation Reinforcement:
Basic knowledge of masonry, crack repair, or stabilizing foundation walls.
Requirements:
Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Must bring your own standard hand and power tools. Proven experience working independently on structural and cosmetic home repairs.
Pay:
$30.00 - $60.00 per hour
