Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Maintain and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure durability and visual appeal Manage irrigation systems to optimize water use and promote healthy plant growth Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and identifying hazards to ensure safety and aesthetic standards are met Execute snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways accessible and safe for all users Follow all safety protocols diligently while handling pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals for plant health management Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of groundskeeping practices Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools, lawn care equipment, and landscaping machinery such as excavators and tree trimmers Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, pesticide management, and irrigation systems Ability to perform landscaping tasks including gardening, hardscape installation, and grounds maintenance effectively Familiarity with safety procedures related to equipment operation and chemical handling Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely for plant care and equipment use Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a tangible difference!
