Description:
As a maintenance worker you will be expected to safely and correctly perform facility upkeep & cleaning activities (e.g. cleaning and light maintenance of internal and external areas of the facilities assigned). You must ensure facility equipment is in proper working order and supplies are organized and stocked. Your attention to detail and your focus on safety will be critical in the role.
Responsibilities:
Overall Cleaning & Upkeep of the Branch Facility Cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures & equipment Cleaning rest rooms, break rooms, and emptying trash cans Property trash and debris removal Cleaning of company vehicles Room Arrangement to include furniture placement, setup/breakdown of table and chairs as needed Acquire & stock supplies and equipment needed for facility management General painting, window washing, light bulb installation and floor upkeep Preventative maintenance & repair Report to management any harmful or destructive behavior to facility Report in a timely manner any needed repairs or replacement to equipment outside of general scope of skill Participate in regular communication with management and staff as a functioning team member Ability to work independently to ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner Work in a manner that is safe while complying with company policies and procedures to include "Behavior of Employees" stated in CNB Handbook Be available outside of normal work hours in the event of an increased work load or emergency Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Willingness to conform personal hygiene to a professional environment with uniform dress Ability to receive direction, work independently, as well as in a team environment Self-Motivated Strong multi-tasking skills Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license
Working Conditions:
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds and perform strenuous manual labor Position includes lifting, bending, squatting, with full range of motion. Standing and/or walking the majority of scheduled shift Working inside and outside of facilities under various weather conditions Driving and transporting supplies Extended hours when needed due to work load or emergency conditions

6:00am - 3:00pm
