  • Full-time In the Tahlequah area we are seeking a dependable, experienced individual to join our farm operations team.
This is a hands-on working position for someone with experience operating farm equipment, repairing fences, welding, fabricating, and performing general mechanical repairs. The position will also provide daily direction and oversight to temporary and day-labor workers.
Responsibilities include:
Operating tractors, skid steers, excavators, mowers, and other farm equipment Performing general mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance Welding, cutting, and completing basic fabrication projects Building and repairing fences, gates, posts, and braces. Maintaining roads, pastures, trails, buildings, and grounds Assigning and explaining daily work to temporary and day-labor crews Monitoring work quality, productivity, attendance, and safety Coordinating the tools, materials, and equipment needed for assigned projects. Reporting daily progress and workplace concerns to management Assisting with construction, livestock, and general farm projects. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely with limited supervision. Previous experience leading a small crew or directing day laborers is preferred. Experience with diesel equipment, hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment trailers is also beneficial. This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience and demonstrated ability.
