Coos County is recruiting for a Building Maintenance Worker to join our Maintenance Department. This position involves performing a variety of maintenance and light construction duties for Coos County at various offices. The work will require bending, twisting, climbing multiple flights of stairs, lifting, pushing pulling & carrying up to 80 lbs. High School diploma or equivalent is required and driving is a regular part of this position so you must possess a valid Oregon Driver's License. Two years of previous maintenance work is preferred with experience using & maintaining equipment, tools with knowledge of safe work practices and PPE.
