This role is responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and facility support to ensure all properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Duties include everything from minor repairs and painting to assisting with client moves and installation projects. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple properties Assist with moving clients, furniture, and equipment as needed Complete painting, patching, and basic drywall work Conduct minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs Install fixtures, shelving, appliances, hardware, and equipment Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future repairs Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition Identify maintenance issues and report larger repair needs to management Ensure all work complies with safety standards and organizational policies Coordinate schedules and travel between properties efficiently Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman services Knowledge of general building maintenance (painting, basic repairs, installations) Ability to lift, move, and transport heavy items safely Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Ability to work independently across multiple locations Good communication skills and a professional demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic understanding of safety practices and proper tool use Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform manual labor Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions Work Environment Work performed across approximately 40 properties Combination of residential and/or commercial settings Flexible schedule may be required based on maintenance needs If you can commit to and live with the following principles , then you are the type of person who will be successful and help our company thrive.
