In this energetic position, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across outdoor and indoor spaces. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, construction, and general repairs will ensure our property remains in top condition. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to a variety of projects, from lawn care to hardscape installation. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and lawn care to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators for construction, landscaping, or hardscape projects Conduct irrigation system inspections and repairs to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas Maintain pathways, driveways, and other hardscape features by performing repairs or installations as needed Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around the property Support tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal to promote healthy growth Carry out routine building maintenance tasks such as fixing fixtures, repairing surfaces, and ensuring safety standards are met Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools effectively Knowledge of landscaping techniques including horticulture principles and garden care practices Experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers and trimmers Ability to operate heavy machinery like excavators safely and efficiently Familiarity with irrigation systems, snow plowing equipment, and hardscape installation methods Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions This Maintenance Worker position is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills in landscape maintenance, construction, and general upkeep.
