Overleaf Lodge and Spa is seeking a skilled team player to assist with maintenance operations for an upscale resort. This position requires night calls and flexibility in scheduling. Starting wage is dependent on experience (including retirement contribution). Qualifications and skills will dictate pay increases. We offer year-round, full-time employment. Must be able to fill in on nights and weekends.

Specific Tasks:

Experience with pool/spa tub plumbing, mechanical, pool chemistry/chemical testing and balancing preferred; Availability for occasional night maintenance and night guest service; Flexible scheduling; Preferred experience in drywall, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, and basic HVAC.. Landscaping maintenance Equipment (water heaters, pool pumps, electric golf cart, commercial laundry equipment, ice machines, electronic key cards, in-wall electric heaters, gas fireplace, etc.) mechanical maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting Ability to use power tools (string trimmer, chainsaw, leaf blower, pressure washer, etc.) and hand tools (shovels, rakes, ax, pruning shears/loppers, etc) safely, effectively and properly. Event center staging (setting up tables and chairs, etc.) Internet technology and networking (computer, phone systems, satellite television service, WiFi, etc.) experience preferred.
