Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled General Property Maintenance Laborer to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our resort in top condition by performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks across the property. Key Responsibilities Perform general repairs, including light plumbing, painting, drywall patching, and flooring repair. Assist with installation and upkeep of fixtures, appliances, and furnishings. Conduct routine grounds maintenance, including landscaping, trash removal, hot tub maintenance, and outdoor area upkeep. Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues and carry out repairs in a timely manner. Support seasonal projects such as weatherproofing, snow removal, or outdoor amenity setup. Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized. Assist management with property improvement projects as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management or guests. Qualifications Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or related field preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, drywall repair, flooring repair, and general carpentry. Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
