Bethlehem, PA Job Details Full-time $15 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment operation Wallpaper Installation Construction painting Staining (finishing technique) Renovation painting Driver's License Construction painting surface preparation Full Job Description The Painter/Maintenance Technician is responsible to maintain, improve, and enhance the interior and or exterior finish of the facility and its contents. Must possess the skills to perform all the necessary preparation and finish work to ensure a professional appearance. Must be adept with the use of all types of paints, stains, and finish products as well as installation of wall coverings and boarders. Other maintenance duties will include providing specific routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the facility, grounds and property to maintain a safe environment for the residents, staff, and visitors. Must possess general maintenance skills and be able to operate equipment and machinery associated with facility and grounds maintenance. H.S. diploma or equivalent desirable. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid PA driver's license. Must be able to read, write, and take verbal direction. Must be available to work multiple shifts and be flexible in scheduling. Must be willing to learn multiple assignments.
