Starting pay is 14 -15$ We are seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. This position is 3 weekdays per week (PREFERRED) , morning shift , with 6-8 hour shifts . We are looking for someone who can consistently work a solid 8 hours each scheduled day or 4 hours every day and take ownership of the property's maintenance needs. Responsibilities Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues. Repair drywall, painting, doors, locks, and other building fixtures. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property. Maintain guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests. Qualifications Experience in hotel or commercial property maintenance preferred.

Strong knowledge of:

Plumbing Electrical Basic HVAC Carpentry and painting Ability to diagnose and solve maintenance issues independently.
