Job Title:

Unskilled Laborer / Grounds Assistant Full Time and Part Time Available We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Unskilled Laborer to assist with general duties at our apartment complex. This position supports the maintenance team and helps keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed Pick up trash and debris around the property Help keep common areas, sidewalks, and grounds clean and presentable Clean out apartments after tenants move out Move light furniture, appliances, or materials when needed Perform basic cleaning and organizing tasks Report maintenance or safety issues to management

Requirements:

No experience required - willing to train Must be dependable and show up on time Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking the property Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed $14.00-$14.50/
