Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, dependable Property Maintenence to support the daily operations of a private ranch and business property. This is an entry level position - growth is expected and this is a full time position available for motivated candidates able to adapt to the team, desiring to travel and can keep up with our everyday pace. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors, takes pride in maintaining equipment and facilities, and isn't afraid to tackle a variety of projects. No two days are the same. One day you may be operating a tractor, maintaining buildings and equipment, or completing property improvements. The next, you may be transporting team members to the airport, assisting with logistics, preparing facilities for guests, or supporting general operational needs. We're looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the ranch, buildings, and surrounding grounds. Perform mowing, trimming, landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal property maintenance. Operate and maintain tractors, skid loaders, forklifts, mowers, utility vehicles, trailers, and other equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment, vehicles, and facilities. Keep vehicles clean, fueled, organized, and ready for use. Transport employees and guests to and from airports and other locations as needed. Assist with facility setup, organization, inventory, and general housekeeping of workspaces. Support construction, improvement, and maintenance projects around the property. Clear debris, maintain trails, driveways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Assist with special projects and operational needs as they arise. Travel occasionally to support projects and business operations. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Experience operating tractors, skid loaders, forklifts, trailers, or similar equipment preferred. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and performing basic repairs. Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills. Able to safely lift 100 lbs or more. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule with a willingness to travel when needed. Prior experience in ranch, farm, landscaping, construction, facilities maintenance, military, or heavy equipment operations is highly desirable.
