Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated part-time Maintenance Worker to assist with the upkeep of three buildings. This position involves general maintenance, landscaping, use of power tools, and coordination with outside vendors under existing contracts.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across three buildings.
- Handle landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and general grounds care.
- Safely operate power tools and equipment.
- Work with and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to operate power tools and landscaping equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must obtain and maintain required clearances.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
Schedule:
- Part-time hours 15 hours/week
