Description General Laborer responsibilities: Monitoring a variety of commercial property maintenance and cleaning services.
Duties may include:
- grass cutting
- weed eating
- snow and ice removal
- power/pressure washing commercial trucks and buildings
- interior commercial cleaning
Expectations:
- Pre-employment drug screening required.
- Employees will travel to various customer and commercial job locations depending on scheduled work.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to perform physical labor, safely operate equipment, follow instructions and safety procedures, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
