Maintenance Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and dedicated Maintenance Worker to care for our church, school buildings, and grounds. This is a vital role supporting the day-to-day operations of a vibrant Catholic faith and learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs for buildings and equipment Maintain cleanliness and safety of interior and exterior areas Monitor and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Set up and break down for parish/school events Conduct seasonal groundskeeping (mowing, snow removal, etc.) Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Qualifications:

General maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, custodial) Ability to troubleshoot and work independently Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment Willingness to support the mission of a Catholic parish and school Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical labor We are looking for someone who is: Hard-working and dependable A team player with a positive attitude Passionate about contributing to a faith-filled, educational community
