Description Applicants must possess or obtain the necessary clearances to work in a school setting. Responsibilities center on the upkeep of institutional buildings and associated outdoor spaces. This position requires a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, along with the operation of both summer and winter outdoor power equipment. Winter maintenance duties include the operation of a truck-mounted snow plow and tailgate spreader. The position requires daily custodial duties during the school year. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with the maintenance team as well as independently. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
