Job Description
We're hiring General Laborers to support field Landscaping crews with hands‑on outdoor work. This role is ideal for reliable workers who don't mind physical labor and enjoy working outside in all conditions. What You'll Do
- Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas
- Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs
- Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth)
- Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks
- Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures What You Bring

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required)
