Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining the building, its systems, and the surrounding grounds. Manage the maintenance and security departments to ensure efficient operations. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs as needed. Ensure compliance with company standards.
