Kiski School, a college-preparatory co-educational boarding school in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Team Member to join our facilities team. This individual will play a vital role in the daily upkeep of the school's campus—including dormitories, academic buildings, athletic facilities, and grounds. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance around campus Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry. Assist with campus event setup and breakdown (furniture moving, equipment transport, etc.). Support seasonal facilities work, including snow removal and grounds maintenance. Respond promptly to work orders and emergency repair needs, especially those involving electrical systems. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant codes and school policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in general building maintenance and repair. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in varying weather conditions. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license required. Preferred Qualifications Trade certifications in additional areas (plumbing, HVAC , etc.) a plus.
