Job Summary Oak Leaf Manor North is looking for a hardworking, experienced Maintenance Assistant to add to our wonderful team! Candidates also must be willing to assist at other facilities when needed and be part of an on-call rotation. tasks with room flips, drywall work, painting, installing items like cabinets, closet doors, moving furniture, etc. PT 1st shift 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 per hour Qualifications and Skills Previous maintenance experience preferred; the ideal candidate will have 2+ years of building maintenance experience Performs building maintenance, prioritizing safety concerns first Painting, patching, carpet cleaning, repairing, etc. all exited rooms as per the Property Services Manager/Administrator. Assist with minor repairs and work orders throughout the property. Assist with snow removal Other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director or Administrator.
