Description The maintenance person is a vital part of maintaining and enhancing the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our equipment and customer spaces. In this role, you will take charge of a variety of maintenance tasks, from traditional janitorial duties to regularly scheduled maintenance of restaurant equipment, ensuring our store is always in top condition. Your hands-on skills and proactive approach will help create an inviting environment that thrives year-round. Responsibilities Daily filtering of fryer oil Keeping customer and back-of-house areas clean. (sweeping, mopping, wiping walls, changing trash, breaking down cardboard boxes) Track and perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks on restaurant equipment. Maintain hardscape features like walkways, Drive-thru lanes, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and care Carry out snow shoveling and de-icing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Assist with gardening tasks such as planting flowers and shrubs, and pulling weeds Minor equipment trouble shooting and repair Take ownership of the overall cleanliness and functionality of all equipment and customer areas Qualifications Previous Janitorial or Maintenance experience preffered Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with energy and enthusiasm Strong attention to detail in maintaining grounds and equipment Ability to lift 20lbs or more Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time A positive attitude and a willing ness to learn This position has minimal supervision throughout the day. You must be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize important items on a large list of daily duties.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour
