Facility Maintenance Worker:
Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as needed Minor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets) Light carpentry Minor plumbing HVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters) Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding) Qualifications for a
Facility Maintenance Worker:
