Job Description
Golden Crest Nursing Centre is seeking a Full Time E ntry Level , Reliable, Hardworking , and willing to learn professional who takes pride in their work.
WILL TRAIN
Hours are Monday-Friday + Flexible Hours Must be 18 years or older Must be able to complete projects efficiently in a timely manner. Must maintain a positive, professional appearance at all times. Must be able to maintain and upkeep building appearance, equipment and grounds Construction background is a plusEssential Functions:
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel and other finishes to equipment, buildings and/or other structures, using brushes, spray guns or rollers when needed.
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats.
- Calculates amounts of required materials and estimates costs based on surface measurements and/or work orders.
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape and paper to protect surfaces during painting.
- Fills cracks, holes and joints with caulk, putty, plaster or other fillers using caulking guns or putty knives.
Position Description:
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, moving material and manipulating things.
