This is a hands-on, general facilities role suited to someone who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in keeping a facility clean, safe and well maintained . Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in facilities management. Key Responsibilities Empty and dispose of trash from designated areas Sweep, clean and maintain common and work areas Keep external areas clean, safe and presentable Power wash car-wash areas on a monthly basis Assist with general facilities and building support duties Escort vendors and contractors around the facility when required Help maintain clean and organized car-wash and fuel/oil areas Support the Maintenance Technician with general site duties Report any maintenance, safety or facility issues to the appropriate team member Carry out other general facilities duties as required What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a hands-on environment Good attitude and willingness to learn Able to follow instructions and work independently Good attention to cleanliness and safety Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the working day Able to interact professionally with vendors, contractors and colleagues Hours Typically Monday-Friday , approximately: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:30 PM The exact schedule may vary depending on site requirements.
