We're looking for a dependable, energetic Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our properties safe, attractive, and running smoothly. What You'll Do Complete routine maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting issues. Perform preventive maintenance to keep properties in top condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professionalism and a positive attitude. Prepare vacant units for new residents by completing repairs, touch-ups, and inspections. Maintain clean, organized work areas and company tools. Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. What We're Looking For Experience in property maintenance, general maintenance, construction, or a related trade. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Ability to diagnose problems and find practical solutions. Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills. Friendly, customer-focused attitude and great communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
