JOB DESCRIPTION

Property Caretaker Status:
Full Time, 40 hours per week, must be available for 6:30AM start time and weekends
Reports To:
Maintenance Coordinator and Director of Facilities
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Property Caretaker keeps Patrick Properties' grounds and historic venues clean, organized, and guest-ready, handling exterior upkeep such as pressure washing, light painting and minor repairs, basic cleaning, and groundskeeping. The role also includes organizing in-house rental items and facilities equipment, event setup, and moving supplies between venues.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Keep our properties, grounds, and event spaces clean and presentable. Perform light cleaning duties as needed. Perform daily property walkthroughs and basic upkeep. Handle light maintenance, such as replacing bulbs and addressing minor repairs. Help keep furniture and equipment organized and in their proper locations. Assist with pressure washing and exterior upkeep as needed. Help with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, bars, and other equipment. Assist with moving supplies and equipment between properties as needed. Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Coordinator and Director of Facilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable and punctual. Trustworthy and open to learning. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Organized and able to prioritize daily tasks. Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work. Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Available for early mornings and some weekends.
