Job Description

Responsible for the full maintenance repair and breakdown for robots, including being available for call-in support as required.
Ensure the operation of the specified machines and all components at all times, while maintaining specified production standards.
Initialize checklists for verification. Each technician will be responsible for doing the checks on their assigned machines. Print exception reports.
Repair any breakdowns, as they occur.
Each technician will be responsible for the required maintenance when the machines are down for overhauling.
Order any necessary parts, to ensure the full maintenance of the robots.
Perform machine settings according to specifications provided.
Inspect all parts. Repair or replace as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance, as scheduled.
Keep required maintenance records.
Follow-up on any quality issues.
Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management immediately
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Maintain good housekeeping at all times.
Assist in start-up / shutdown of machines.
Shift differential for night shift
