Description:

Full-time or part-time Join a Team That Has Been Caring for Seniors with Heart Since 1962 Do you enjoy yard work and general maintenance tasks? Do you enjoy a job that has a variety of duties, routines, and responsibilities? If so, we're currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Here's what you'll do: Complete preventive maintenance, in compliance with regulatory standards, as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Complete daily repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Assist with lawn care and snow removal Monitor security measures to protect property, residents, and staff. Participate in regulatory inspections and implement corrective actions as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Additional job duties as required

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. o Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods

Work Requirements:
