Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician is responsible for handling day-to-day maintenance requests as well as evening and weekend on-call emergency maintenance. This position requires experience in a variety of maintenance trades and the ability to work independently. You must have a well-rounded background in various maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, wall repair, appliance repair, basic HVAC , etc. You must own a variety of basic hand tools. We will provide specialty tools.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Complete daily maintenance requests and repairs. Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, mechanical repairs, and other building maintenance. Assist with apartment turnovers and preventative maintenance. Landscaping, mowing, snow removal, and grounds maintenance. Cleaning common areas and assisting with interior and exterior property projects. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other maintenance equipment. Meet with your supervisor each morning to receive daily assignments. Maintenance Assistant Technician This position includes light general labor work. Work will include but not be limited to all types of light property maintenance including painting, snow removal, landscaping, cleaning, etc. May assist with both interior and exterior maintenance as well as project assistance work. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools helpful. Must be able to work on high equipment, such as lifts, ladders etc. Adaptable to learn maintenance duties inside buildings when needed. Will meet with supervisor every morning and be given daily duties.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation (vehicle allowance provided). Ability to pass a criminal background check.
