Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity to add a our dedicated professional Plant Operations team as our full time Maintenance Technician! The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance duties in and around the facility buildings including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, preventative maintenance and testing, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining equipment and machinery. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Lead Maintenance Technician and assists in completing tasks, and other related duties as assigned. Trade or vocational school training preferred. 2 - 3 years experience in plant operations and general grounds and building maintenance required. Skills and intermediate knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscape maintenance required 21 years of age Valid drivers license in good standing Intermediate computer skills utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Microsoft Office suite for administration of maintenance tasks.
